Specific Terms and Conditions:
Promoter: A.G. BARR p.l.c. (us, we, our).
Opens: 00:01 on Friday 2 May 2025.
Closes: 23:59 on Wednesday 9 July 2025.
To enter:
- text “BARR” to 88802 and click the link in the response text,
- complete the online form with your personal details; and
- submit the completed form.
You are also given the opportunity to opt-in to receiving marketing communications about Barr flavours. This is not a requirement to enter the competition. For further information, please consider the remainder of these terms or visit the Barr Flavours privacy policy.
Eligibility: Open to UK legal residents aged 18+. Internet access required to enter. No purchase necessary. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
Prize: 201 x winners total. Each winner will each win:
- 3 x Jurassic World Merchandise (cap, tote bag and sticker sheet), and
- 3 x A.G. Barr Merchandise (air freshener, sunglasses and notebook).
Draw: 201 x winners will be drawn by us at random on five (5) working days of the Closing Date from all valid entries received. We will contact the winner within five (5) working days of the Closing Date by email (provided at the point of entry). Please look out for an email in your inbox. The winner will be required to provide their name, UK address, telephone number and email address by reply within 21 days of our email. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. We will arrange for delivery of the prize to the winner via post to the UK address confirmed by the winner within 21 days of contact details being confirmed.
The winner’s name may be used by us to name the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request to: BSD Brand Manager (Amazon JW Merch Competition) - A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD within 3 months of closing date. The winner may request that their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
